二、个人简介：

程梦元，中共党员，河南周口人，硕士生导师，吉林大学管理学博士，新加坡国立大学联合培养博士，主要从事数字化工程管理（包括人工智能、区块链、智能合约等）、项目管理、组织行为、城市安全与应急管理等方面的教学与科研工作。在《管理学报》《Journal of Construction Engineering and Management》《Journal of Civil Engineering and Management》《Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management》《Environment, Development and Sustainability》等国内外高水平期刊发表论文20余篇，担任多个国内外专业领域重要期刊匿名审稿人。主持陕西省自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省哲学社会专项青年项目、陕西省教育厅科学研究项目等。指导学生获得国家BIM毕业设计创新大赛、全国大学生能源经济学术创意大赛等奖项，获得2026年AC米兰中文本科毕业论文优秀指导老师称号。
